These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StayInColumbus website, communications, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by StayInColumbus ("StayInColumbus," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Our services

StayInColumbus provides short-term rental co-hosting, property support, and related management services for property owners, along with an informational website. The specific services provided to any property owner or client are governed by a separate written service agreement between us and that client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls for that client.

Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data;

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;

• Use the Services to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content;

• Copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Services except as expressly permitted.

Intellectual property

The Services, including all content, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to StayInColumbus and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not use our name, logo, or content without our prior written permission.

Third-party links and services

The Services may contain links to, or rely on, third-party websites, platforms, and software that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StayInColumbus and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the Services giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StayInColumbus and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
